The UK Accountant Ltd is committed to providing a high standard of service to all clients. We take complaints seriously and view them as an opportunity to improve. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we want to know so that we can put things right.
How to Make a Complaint
You can make a complaint by any of the following methods:

Please provide your full name, contact details, the nature of your complaint, and any relevant dates or reference numbers. This will help us investigate your concerns efficiently.
What Happens Next
Our complaints process follows these stages:
- Acknowledgement — We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days of receipt.
- Investigation — Your complaint will be reviewed by a senior member of the firm. We may contact you for further information.
- Response — We aim to provide a full written response within 28 days. If the investigation takes longer, we will keep you informed of progress.
- Resolution — Where appropriate, we will set out the steps we will take to resolve the issue and prevent recurrence.
If You Remain Dissatisfied
If you are not satisfied with our response, or if we have not resolved your complaint within 8 weeks, you may have the right to refer the matter to an independent body. The appropriate body will depend on the nature of your complaint and the professional regulations that apply.
As members of professional accountancy bodies, complaints about our professional conduct may be referred to the relevant body. We will provide you with the appropriate contact details upon request.
Confidentiality
All complaints are handled in strict confidence. Information relating to a complaint will only be shared with those who need to be involved in its investigation and resolution.
