Professional Memberships and Practising Certificates

The UK Accountant Ltd holds practising certificates to practise in the UK under the following professional accountancy bodies:

Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA)
Association of International Accountants (AIA)
Certified Public Accountants Association (CPA UK)

Our work is governed by the professional standards, codes of ethics and conduct rules of these bodies. We are subject to their disciplinary and regulatory procedures.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations

As a firm providing accountancy services, The UK Accountant Ltd is subject to the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017. We are supervised for anti-money laundering purposes by our supervisory authority in accordance with these regulations. We maintain robust client due diligence and risk assessment procedures.

Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP)

The UK Accountant Ltd is registered with Companies House as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023. This authorises us to carry out identity verification checks and file documents on behalf of clients in connection with company formation and administration.

Data Protection
